If an amount on this site is wrong, tell us. An awkward correction is better than a wrong page that keeps ranking first.
What to send
Write to corrections@exacttarif.com with the address of the page, the figure you believe is right, and where it comes from: a ministerial order, a finance law, a payment receipt, a screenshot of the Treasury portal. A receipt on its own does not change a published fee, because a counter can be wrong as easily as we can, but it tells us where to look. If you have no source, write anyway and we will check it ourselves. French or English, either is fine.
What we do with it
We re-read the source, then the instrument it cites. Three outcomes.
You are right. The page changes, the read date changes, and the old amount stays in the dated archive.
The Treasury's catalogue contradicts the instrument it cites itself. We do not pick a winner for you. The page shows both and names the conflict.
We find nothing that supports you. We reply with what we read and you can come back at us. We do not quietly close a report because it is inconvenient.
How long we take
A reply within three working days. An error we can check against a published instrument is fixed the day we check it. An error that needs an answer from the administration can take weeks, and that can mean no answer at all. The page carries a note of the doubt in the meantime and we write to you with where it stands rather than going silent.
We will not take down a correct figure because it embarrasses someone charging more.
