Exact is a private, independent site. This page is here so there is nothing to misread.
We are not a government body. No connection to the Treasury, to any ministry, to an embassy or a consulate. Nobody has appointed us, we issue no document, and we have no influence over any file. The design avoids every signal of officialdom on purpose: no coat of arms, no institutional blue, no state banner. A reader abroad should never mistake this for a ministry's own site.
We take no fees. Official fees are paid to the administration, through the channels it names. We collect nothing, we hold no money, and we will never ask you to pay us, either to read a page or to speed anything up. If someone asks you for money in the name of Exact, it is not us.
We obtain nothing for anyone. We do not file applications, book appointments, chase a file, or pass your papers to a contact inside a service. There is no paid tier, no priority queue, no useful friend in an office. If you write to ask us to get you a passport or a visa, the answer is no, and we would rather say it plainly than leave you hoping.
We give no advice. Nothing here is legal, tax or administrative advice, and no page replaces an answer from the service that holds your file.
We are not the Treasury's catalogue. We are a dated, cited reading of it, and we can be wrong. Where an Exact page contradicts the official document, the official document governs.
We do not sell your details. A message sent to us goes to no agency, and we recommend nobody who offers to handle your paperwork.
