Annual contribution of operators and producers involved in the commercial production of cultural heritage goods is a non-tax revenue collected from individuals or legal entities engaged in the production, processing, reproduction, or commercialization of cultural heritage goods for profit-making purposes. It applies to operators involved in the economic promotion of cultural heritage elements such as artworks, handicrafts, traditional cultural products, and other cultural goods intended for sale or commercial exploitation. This contribution aims to regulate and monitor the activities of cultural sector stakeholders, promote the protection and enhancement of national cultural heritage, and support cultural development initiatives. It constitutes an annual administrative fee collected for the benefit of the State budget through the Ministry of Arts and Culture (MINAC).
