What this is
The authorization to launch a tourism and social studies program, issued by the Ministry of Higher Education, enables a higher education institution to train students in the fields of tourism, hospitality, and social work. It primarily applies to study programs leading to the BTS, HND, or *Licence Professionnelle* (Professional Bachelor's degree). Without this authorization, the institution is not permitted to provide instruction or enter candidates for official examinations.
