Authorization to open

What this is

The authorization to launch a health sciences program, issued by the Ministry of Higher Education, grants a higher education institution the right to train students in medical and paramedical fields (such as medicine, nursing, and medical laboratory science). This authorization certifies that the medical training provided complies with academic standards and guarantees that the resulting degree is recognized by the Cameroonian State. To obtain this authorization, the institution's promoter must submit administrative documents (a stamped application and the official order establishing the institution), academic documents (curricula and an academic affiliation agreement), and proof of the teaching staff's qualifications.
