This revenue corresponds to the fees payable for the assessment, evaluation and approval of pharmaceutical facilities and medical biology laboratories, in order to verify their compliance with the applicable legal, regulatory, technical and professional requirements. It applies in particular to pharmaceutical establishments and laboratories carrying out medical biology analyses and contributing to the diagnostic care of patients. The procedure includes the review of the administrative and technical application file and, where applicable, inspection of the premises, equipment, hygiene and safety conditions, staff qualifications, storage and preservation conditions for products and samples, as well as the quality procedures and standards applicable to the activities carried out. These fees cover the processing and assessment of the application by the competent authority, with a view to ensuring that the facility or laboratory meets the required standards and is authorized to operate in accordance with applicable regulations..
