What this is
Fines and penalties are sanctions imposed on industry operators (hotels, travel agencies, guides) found to be in violation of tourism regulations. Consumers and economic operators must pay these fines and penalties to regularize their administrative status. The funds collected are directly reinvested into financing projects to promote Cameroon as a destination, developing national tourist sites, and building the capacity of stakeholders in the sector.
What readers say they paid
The instrument sets a fee. At the counter it is not always that one. Here is what readers report, counted and summed up.
Nobody has reported an amount for this procedure yet.
If you have done it, say what you paid. It is published as counted figures, never as your account of it.
