What this is

The authentication of degrees from private higher education institutions is a procedure regulated by the Ministry of Higher Education. It serves to verify and certify the authenticity of official documents, degrees, or certificates (such as the Baccalaureate, GCE, etc.). The process confirms that the degree is legitimate and was issued by an authorized institution. Requests for authentication may be submitted to the Department of University Accreditation and Quality. Applicants must provide the original degree, a photocopy of their national identity card, and a declaration of loss (in the event the document has been lost).
