What this is
Authorizations, accreditations, and licenses issued by the Ministry of Tourism and Leisure may not be leased or assigned. In the event of the sale or change of management of a tourism establishment (such as a hotel, restaurant, or travel agency), a transfer of ownership or management must be processed. This procedure allows for the transfer of the relevant documents and associated rights from one natural or legal person to another. The transfer application must be accompanied by supporting documents regarding the change of ownership, the original operating license, and proof of payment of the required fees. Forms are available on the Ministry of Tourism and Leisure’s official website or from regional offices.
What readers say they paid
The instrument sets a fee. At the counter it is not always that one. Here is what readers report, counted and summed up.
Nobody has reported an amount for this procedure yet.
If you have done it, say what you paid. It is published as counted figures, never as your account of it.
