What this is
The tuition contribution in Ministry of Social Affairs (MINAS) training centers is a mandatory non-tax public revenue, representing a flat-rate contribution by learners toward the routine operating expenses of these specialized institutions. Intended primarily to fund administrative supplies, the purchase of small teaching aids, and the logistical organization of exams or assessments, this contribution covers only a portion of the actual costs, with the remainder largely subsidized by the State. Payment which is regulated and mandatory for every learner must be made to finalize administrative registration, gain access to instruction, and obtain authorization to take part in the various assessment tests.
What readers say they paid
The law sets a fee. At the counter it is not always the one you pay. Here is what readers report, counted and summarised.
Nobody has reported an amount for this procedure yet.
If you have done it, say what you paid. We publish the figures together, never your account on its own.
