What this is
The secure waybill allows the Ministry of Mines, Industry and Technological Development to trace the origin, volume, and destination of extracted materials. Failure to present this document constitutes an offense when a transporter of mineral substances or quarry materials cannot produce it during a roadside check. If a transporter is operating without this document, the offense results in strict penalties: impoundment, fines, and regularization.
