What this is
The Certificate of Non-Exclusion (CNE) in Cameroon is an official document issued by the Public Procurement Regulatory Agency. It certifies that a company is not subject to any sanctions and is authorized to bid on and execute public contracts. This document is mandatory in the administrative file of companies submitting bids for public tenders in Cameroon. It proves the company's regulatory compliance. To obtain a CNE, applicants must prepare documents such as the National Identification Number (NIU), the Trade and Companies Register (RCCM), a copy of the public contract, and proof of payment of the issuance fees.
