What this is
When establishing certain companies, the notarial deed refers to the company's legal instrument that is authenticated at a Business Creation Formalities Center. The notarial deed contains the company's articles of association and offers maximum legal certainty, as it guarantees the identity of the partners and the validity of the capital contributions. Fees for issuing the notarial deed are charged in exchange for the registration and legal authentication service. These fees cover opening the file, verifying the legal capacity of the parties involved, reviewing the original deed, registering it in the official record, and issuing the secure certified copy
What readers say they paid
The instrument sets a fee. At the counter it is not always that one. Here is what readers report, counted and summed up.
Nobody has reported an amount for this procedure yet.
If you have done it, say what you paid. It is published as counted figures, never as your account of it.
