What this is
Opening and processing a file at a Business Creation Formalities Center enables a business (such as a branch, SARL, or SA) to obtain legal status within 72 hours. The application process requires the national ID cards of the partners or the promoter, criminal record extracts, the company's articles of association (for legal entities), and a location map of the business. The file is submitted both digitally and in hard copy;to the tax authorities, the CNPS (National Social Insurance Fund), and the Labor Inspectorate. Upon completion of processing, the business creation certificate, the registration certificate, and the RCCM registration number are issued.
What readers say they paid
The law sets a fee. At the counter it is not always the one you pay. Here is what readers report, counted and summarised.
Nobody has reported an amount for this procedure yet.
If you have done it, say what you paid. We publish the figures together, never your account on its own.
