The audiovisual license operating fee applies to entities holding audiovisual licenses that carry out activities such as: marketing audiovisual products and services, installing audiovisual content storage platforms, and operating cable television and satellite packages. This fee is paid by audiovisual sector operators to the Ministry of Communication (MINCOM).
