What this is
A lease on national land in Cameroon is an administrative act whereby the State grants an individual or a legal entity (often an investor or business operator) the right to use and develop a parcel of land forming part of the national domain for a specified period. There are two types of leases. An emphyteutic lease ranging from 18 to 99 years may be granted after obtaining and developing a provisional concession. An ordinary lease, on the other hand, covers a shorter period, limited to 18 years, and applies to unoccupied or undeveloped parts of the national domain.
What readers say they paid
The instrument sets a fee. At the counter it is not always that one. Here is what readers report, counted and summed up.
Nobody has reported an amount for this procedure yet.
If you have done it, say what you paid. It is published as counted figures, never as your account of it.
