What this is
Rectification, whether by reduction or increase, is an administrative procedure used to correct the area, actual dimensions of a plot of land, or any other information on an existing land title in Cameroon when it does not correspond to the actual land or cadastral documents. Following the procedure, the Land Registrar modifies the entries in the Land Register and on the land title.
