What this is
Also known as "exiting joint ownership" or "partition," this procedure allows one or more people to leave a jointly owned (or undivided) property. A co-owner can withdraw from the joint ownership and transfer their rights to another co-owner or to a third party. The associated fees cover the processing of the application, the verification of joint ownership rights, the registration of the change in the land registry, and the issuance of the new title, guaranteeing legal security and traceability of the partition or transfer transactions.
What readers say they paid
The instrument sets a fee. At the counter it is not always that one. Here is what readers report, counted and summed up.
Nobody has reported an amount for this procedure yet.
If you have done it, say what you paid. It is published as counted figures, never as your account of it.
