What this is
The certificate of deficiency issued by the Ministry of Commerce (MINCOMMERCE) is a document justifying the lack of a local resource, capacity, or supply. It allows economic operators to obtain exemptions for certain activities. Indeed, for the importation of certain goods (often subject to quotas or requiring special certification), it is necessary to first prove that local production is insufficient to meet national demand. The certificate of deficiency then confirms this lack of local supply, allowing the operator to obtain an exceptional import authorization.
What readers say they paid
The instrument sets a fee. At the counter it is not always that one. Here is what readers report, counted and summed up.
Nobody has reported an amount for this procedure yet.
If you have done it, say what you paid. It is published as counted figures, never as your account of it.
