What this is
This non-tax revenue relates to the collection of administrative pecuniary penalties imposed on individuals or corporate entities found liable for acts of pollution, degradation, or destruction of the ecosystem. In compliance with current environmental legislation in Cameroon, this enforcement and deterrent mechanism aims to penalize regulatory offenses (such as wild dumping of waste, spillage of chemicals or toxic waste, sub-standard industrial pollution, or poaching) while contributing to the funding of ecological damage remediation and the restoration of impacted natural environments.
What readers say they paid
The instrument sets a fee. At the counter it is not always that one. Here is what readers report, counted and summed up.
Nobody has reported an amount for this procedure yet.
If you have done it, say what you paid. It is published as counted figures, never as your account of it.
