What this is
This non-tax revenue applies to the statutory processing of requests for exemptions from the mandatory incorporation/subsidiary requirement for foreign commercial entities. The Waiver Request allows the branch of a foreign company established in Cameroon to obtain official legal authorization to extend and continue its local operations beyond the initial statutory limit, without being compelled to transform into a locally incorporated company under Cameroonian law. The formal waiver decree (arrêté de dispense) issued by the Minister of Trade is an indispensable and mandatory regulatory document. It is strictly required for registration in the Registry of Importers and Exporters (FIMEX) as well as for conducting specific sectorial commercial operations within the national territory.
What readers say they paid
The law sets a fee. At the counter it is not always the one you pay. Here is what readers report, counted and summarised.
Nobody has reported an amount for this procedure yet.
If you have done it, say what you paid. We publish the figures together, never your account on its own.
