Issued by MINEPDED, this official document certifies that the operator fully complies with all regulatory requirements and environmental preservation measures related to their activities. The certificate guarantees that the operator strictly implements their Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP), particularly regarding waste management, pollution prevention, and environmental impact assessments.
