What this is
Private treaty sales and public auctions are two distinct methods of disposal. A private treaty sale is a transfer agreed upon through direct arrangement or negotiation between the State and a buyer, who must pay the price approved by a commission. Public auction, on the other hand, is based on a public bidding process. The property (a plot of land or a building belonging to the State's private domain) is awarded to the highest and final bidder during a public session open to all.
What readers say they paid
The law sets a fee. At the counter it is not always the one you pay. Here is what readers report, counted and summarised.
Nobody has reported an amount for this procedure yet.
If you have done it, say what you paid. We publish the figures together, never your account on its own.
