What this is
Authenticating private agreements for the creation of an SARL validates the company's articles of association without the need for a notary, thereby enabling the acquisition of official incorporation documents at a significantly lower cost. This procedure is suitable for companies with a share capital of less than 10,000,000 FCFA. To initiate the process, the promoter must submit the articles of association, a location map, and a copy of their national ID card to the relevant Business Registration Center. The authenticated articles of association (issued within 24 hours of submission) are then submitted to the tax authorities for registration and the affixing of fiscal stamps.
What readers say they paid
The law sets a fee. At the counter it is not always the one you pay. Here is what readers report, counted and summarised.
Nobody has reported an amount for this procedure yet.
If you have done it, say what you paid. We publish the figures together, never your account on its own.
