What this is
A request to lift a suspension is a process that allows sanctioned companies to request the end of their sanction before its scheduled end date. For the request to be reviewed and approved by the Ministry of Public Procurement, the economic operator must demonstrate that it has rectified the deficiencies that led to its suspension, including: * Resumption or completion of work on abandoned construction sites. * Resolution of disputes related to past public contracts. This administrative procedure is generally subject to the payment of a fee or administrative charge, which covers the processing of the application by the competent authority.
What readers say they paid
The instrument sets a fee. At the counter it is not always that one. Here is what readers report, counted and summed up.
Nobody has reported an amount for this procedure yet.
If you have done it, say what you paid. It is published as counted figures, never as your account of it.
