What this is
The right of appeal in public procurement allows bidders who believe they have been wronged to challenge the administration's decisions (rejection of their bid, awarding of the contract to a third party, irregularities in the bid evaluation process). The fee covers the investigation of the appeal by the competent authority, the review of the regularity of the procurement procedure, and the administrative and legal processing of the dispute.
What readers say they paid
The instrument sets a fee. At the counter it is not always that one. Here is what readers report, counted and summed up.
Nobody has reported an amount for this procedure yet.
If you have done it, say what you paid. It is published as counted figures, never as your account of it.
