What this is
This non-tax revenue applies to the mandatory preliminary review phase of any investment or audit project in Cameroon. The Terms of Reference (TOR) constitute the regulatory framework document that defines the comprehensive objectives, spatial and thematic scope, methodological approach, and core content requirements for subsequent Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) or Environmental Audits (EA). Prior to deploying any field expertise, the project proponent (public or private) must submit these TORs for technical validation by MINEPDED.
What readers say they paid
The instrument sets a fee. At the counter it is not always that one. Here is what readers report, counted and summed up.
Nobody has reported an amount for this procedure yet.
If you have done it, say what you paid. It is published as counted figures, never as your account of it.
