What this is
This non-tax revenue applies to the mandatory processing of applications for the issuance of the Certificate of Declaration of Existence in Cameroon. This regulatory instrument serves as an absolute legal prerequisite for any economic operator (individual or corporate entity) seeking to invest and operate within the strategic cocoa and coffee supply chains. The administrative application file strictly requires the prior submission of a technical certificate issued by the National Cocoa and Coffee Board (ONCC). Obtaining this certificate of declaration of existence is indispensable for: Enrollment in the Exporters Registry; Obtaining the professional card issued by the Interprofessional Cocoa and Coffee Council (CICC); The assignment of an exporter code by the ONCC.
What readers say they paid
The law sets a fee. At the counter it is not always the one you pay. Here is what readers report, counted and summarised.
Nobody has reported an amount for this procedure yet.
If you have done it, say what you paid. We publish the figures together, never your account on its own.
