What this is
Judicial pre-notation is a formality consisting of provisionally registering a court decision or pending legal action on a land title. It allows the property to be frozen and a disputed right (ownership dispute, inheritance) to be safeguarded pending a final court decision, thus preventing any sale or transaction. The associated fees cover the review of the order or judgment, registration in the land register, and preservation of the notation, guaranteeing publicity and enforceability against third parties.
What readers say they paid
The law sets a fee. At the counter it is not always the one you pay. Here is what readers report, counted and summarised.
Nobody has reported an amount for this procedure yet.
If you have done it, say what you paid. We publish the figures together, never your account on its own.
