What this is
A provisional concession is issued by the Minister in charge of State Lands, Cadastre, and Land Affairs (MINDCAF). It authorizes an individual or a legal entity to occupy and develop a piece of land from the national domain for the purpose of carrying out an economic, social, or cultural project. The provisional concession is granted for a period of 5 years. At the end of this 5-year term, if the advisory commission determines that the terms and conditions (specifications) have been met, the provisional concession may be converted into a definitive concession, thereby establishing the right to obtain a land title.
What readers say they paid
The instrument sets a fee. At the counter it is not always that one. Here is what readers report, counted and summed up.
Nobody has reported an amount for this procedure yet.
If you have done it, say what you paid. It is published as counted figures, never as your account of it.
