What this is
Retraction is a formality consisting of registering in the land register a court decision that overturns or modifies a previously issued order. To obtain retraction, the applicant must prove that: 1. The order was obtained based on false information or incomplete documents. 2. The circumstances justifying the measure no longer exist or were not justified. 3. The right to a defense was manifestly violated. The associated costs cover the review of the decision, the registration of the retraction, and the updating of land records, ensuring publicity and enforceability against third parties.
