What this is
Sanctions and fines applicable in the oil sector (governed notably by the 2019 Petroleum Code, MINMIDT) fall primarily into two categories: administrative sanctions (such as the revocation of authorizations or forfeiture of contracts) and financial penalties. These fines generally range from CFAF 75 million for merely obstructing inspections to CFAF 500 million for serious breaches of operational conduct rules, in addition to the seizure of non-compliant products or the closure of polluting facilities.
What readers say they paid
The law sets a fee. At the counter it is not always the one you pay. Here is what readers report, counted and summarised.
Nobody has reported an amount for this procedure yet.
If you have done it, say what you paid. We publish the figures together, never your account on its own.
