What this is
Checking for the registration or review of objections at the Ministry of State Property, Surveys and Land Tenure makes it possible to verify whether a plot of land is subject to challenges or disputes officially recorded in the land register. When an individual wishes to object to a land-related procedure, they must submit a formal objection request to the Sub-prefect or directly to the Land Registrar.
